It is difficult to get anything done without laser focus and a strong commitment to pre-set goals. Unfortunately, as I look at the resolutions from 2011 and even those that I knew were set even farther back, many are the same with several of the same issues. We need to move forward as an industry.<br /><br />Interestingly, as I was writing this response, I realized that I could use the same recommendations for our government.
